学习与工作经历
1985年毕业于湖南农学院土壤农化专业,获农学学士学位;2003-2007年在湖南农业大学攻读植物营养学博士学位。1985-2007年起中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所(长沙农业现代化研究所)从事科研与管理工作。2007年起在中南林业科技大学从事教学、科研工作。
主要学术任职与兼职
中国土壤学会会员,湖南省土壤肥料学会常务理事。稻米品质安全控制湖南省工程实验室副主任,中南林业科技大学环境科学与工程学科学术带头人。湖南省生态环境厅重金属污染土壤治理专家组成员,湖南省耕地质量专家指导组成员,湖南省科技奖励会评农业专家组成员。
科研、教学及学术活动
历任中国科学院长沙农业现代化研究所科技处副处长、处长;中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所第三、第一党支部书记;高级工程师、副研究员;中南林业科技大学教授、博士生导师、环境科学学术带头人。长期从事环境土壤学,水土保持,环境生态学和耕地重金属污染与修复方面科研工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑项目等国家和省部级科研项目20余项,获中国科学院、湖南省等省部级科技进步二、三等奖4项,湖南省优秀博士论文奖1项。发表学术论文180余篇,其中SCI、EI收录论文40余篇。
